Early November 16, Binh Duong Department of Education and Training (DOET) held a meeting to mark the 30th years of Vietnamese Teacher Day (November 20, 1982) with participation of Deputy Chair of Provincial People’s Committee, Mr. Huynh Van Nhi, representatives of People’s Council, departments and sectors, all time veteran teachers, and 115 elite teachers in the province. Deputy Chair of Provincial People’s Committee, Mr. Huynh Van Nhi Addressing the meeting, Deputy Chair Huynh Van Nhi, on behalf of provincial leaders, has appreciated and appraised devotion of the teachers and educational managers while calling for teaching profession improvement to be worthy of the role of people training. On this occasion, 19 teachers are entitled elite teacher and other 15 veteran teachers are awarded with Memmorantos for the cause of education, 7 collectives and 22 individuals are awarded with merit certificate.
