A teacher is instructing her students with social skills the help them be more active and sticking together Mrs. Pham Thi Bich Thuy, civic education teacher of Phu My Junior High School in Thu Dau Mot City shared with us: “A teacher at school does not just work in office hours but also a friend to share with his or her students.” Ethic and the heart of the teachers are of humanistic value which promotes them in investing into better teaching methodology. As for creativity, the teachers are required to get access to new technology for instruction, and scientific researches. Talking about obligation of a teacher, Mr. Pham Van Trung, a teacher of Binh Phu Senior High School expressed himself: “In teaching, I am devoted to the career and retain the position of a teacher. I keep renewing teaching methodologies as well as applying technology into multimedia instruction.” The obligation of a teacher also involves self-training to improve all aspects of the profession.
