According to many teachers of high schools, many parents choose career for their children and others pay less attention to career selection and allow their children to freely select their career.

In fact, career selection is very important, because this will determine selector’s future. Therefore, some people have encountered failure, owing to wrong selection.

Career selection in conformity with aspiration and hobby is the most crucial factor. The proper selection will create a better life in the future.

Right orientation needed

The 12th graders’ career selection is very important, because it depends on many factors including learning capacity, hobby, family economic condition and so on. Therefore, in recent years, local high schools have focused on offering career consultancies for the 12th graders.

In reality, the 12th graders believe in teachers’ career consultancies. The teachers help them orientate their career rightly.

Dang Thanh Sang, vice director of the local department of Education and Training, said “To gain higher results in the 2012 university entrance exams, the department has steered high schools to spur career consultancies for students”.
