Earlier, Khmer ethnic minority group in An Binh commune, Phu Giao district constantly transgressed land of Phu Binh afforestation yard. After many mobilizations and legal promulgations on Laws on  Land, Forest Protection, family-marriage…, the ethnic minority people’s awareness has been improved significantly.

Le Dinh Ngoc, head of the provincial Ethnic Minority Department, said the department annually cooperates with the local Judiciary Department and local cadres to hold at least 5 legal promulgation classes for ethnic minority people. Accordingly, the ethnic people have grasped the State’s regulations and improved their life.
