From the beginning of this year until now, in order to promote activities instituting cultural life and family works, sector of culture, sport and tourism organized the program “Improving socially cultural life” at Metro Cash & Carry - Binh Duong branch. Thereby, 3 cultural units, including Binh Chuan ward of Thuan An town, Phu An commune of Ben Cat district, Tan My commune of Tan Uyen district were praised, and 600 typical cultural families with difficulty were given gifts. The sector also held activities commemorating Vietnamese Family’s Day (June 28th) and attended the 4th Culture – Family Festive Day of Southeastern provinces in Binh Phuoc province. Binh Duong province won the team’s console prize. Besides, the sector cooperated with provincial Youth Union to promote propaganda activities to educate, improve youth’s awareness of building well-off, advanced, happy family in period of 2013-2015.The sector organized activities educating provincial public servants on morality, lifestyle in family, preventing, fighting domestic violence; cooperated with Department of Labor – War Invalids and Social Affairs to adjust Convention of gender equality assurance.
