Early June 1, provincial Steering Board for the Summer Activities 2011 held a ceremony to open the activities for the summer 2011 and launch the Month of Action for Children 2011 

Provincial People’s Committee Vice-Chairman Huynh Can Nhi presenting gifts to the local children

 

 Attending the ceremony were representatives of the local sectors, departments and chiefs of the local Youth Pioneer Detachments together with 400 local pupils.

 Speaking at the ceremony, provincial People’s Committee Vice-Chairman Huynh Van Nhi, who is also Head of provincial Steering Board for the Summer Activities 2011 called for the local authorities and the whole society to pay special attention to children, aiming to sharing efforts in making a safe, friendly and healthy environment for them.

 Pepsico Binh Duong and provincial Sponsoring Association for Disabled People mobilized and donated 400 gifts, 10 bicycles for disabled children, orphans and those who attended the ceremony.

 It is known that during the Month of Action for Children 2011, Pepsico Binh Duong will present 1,500 gifts worth more than VND70mln to the local needy children. On this occasion, Binh Minh Book Store also donated 50 gifts to the local needy children.
