Many "green zones" of the province have begun to relax the distance and people have been able to go out to buy essential goods and necessities. Many parents and students have gone out to buy books for their children to study online. The signs of gradual victory against the Covid-19 pandemic have created excitement and trust among the people.

Life in green zone of Thu Dau Mot city is in the new normal state

Seeing people excitedly get along the routes of Cach Mang Thang Tam, Luy Ban Bich, Phu Loi, Le Hong Phong, Thich Quang Duc and many more in Thu Dau Mot city, we feel the life of people in Thu Dau Mot has been gradually loosening the distance. People were allowed to go out to buy essential goods and necessities. On the roads and alleys, the new normal life has returned. Ms. Nguyen Hong Nguyen, living in Quarter 3 of Phu Hoa ward in Thu Dau Mot city, said: "The social distancing for nearly 2 months has kept my whole family home and we only buy essential goods from the grocery stores. Close to our home, now I can go out to the street, so I buy some notebooks for my children to study online." As noted by the reporter, in the "green areas" of Ben Cat town, Thuan An city and many more, the "new normal" life rhythm has also been back.

In Ben Cat town, people on the street are very conscious and well implement the "5K" message of Ministry of Health. At the My Phuoc supermarket area in Ben Cat town, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Tuan, a resident of Quarter 6 of Thoi Hoa ward, quickly went in to buy a lot of necessities and strictly followed the regulations on Covid-19 prevention and control. Mr. Tuan confided: "I am very happy that the locality has controlled the epidemic and gradually eased social distancing for people to travel around. Even though I can go out, I am still careful and adhere to the "5K" message of Ministry of Health because somewhere there is still infection in the community, I have to be careful to protect myself, my family and the community." People are also happy because many closed roads are loosened. Specifically, at the concrete checkpoint of Cach Mang Thang Tam Street connecting the two wards of An Thanh in Thuan An city and Phu Tho ward in Thu Dau Mot city, which was smooth and controlled on September 28, it created joy for many people in the area. Mr. Ho Thanh Hung, living in Thanh Loc neighborhood of An Thanh ward, shared: “Not only my family but also all people in An Thanh ward are excited because not only convenient transportation and goods exchange but also a good sign when Covid-19 is well controlled. This helps families and people feel secure to work to gradually stabilize their lives."

Step by step stabilizing people's lives, Mr. Duong Vo Duy Bao, Deputy Chairman of People's Committee of Phu Tho ward in Thu Dau Mot city, said that the easing of control in the "inner circle" of the ward has facilitate the public, companies and enterprises to transport equipment and goods as well as enhance plans to promote production development. Despite being eased, local authorities still continue to propagate and mobilize people to strictly comply with regulations on Covid-19 prevention and control and only go out when it is absolutely necessary. Especially for business activities, the locality will propagate along with inspection so that people can best comply with regulations on Covid-19 prevention and control.
