*Di An town’s Youth Union has just awarded VND4million to Vo Thi Ha, member of a sub-union for young workers at 137/13, Tan Phu 1 quarter, Tan Binh ward. She now suffers from a fatal disease with two young children so her family faces a lot of difficulties.
