Binh Duong Newspaper appears at Party cells in remote areas Under our assessment, local officers, cadres, and Party members have read more and more newspaper of the Party to timely grasp up the policies and guidelines of the Party and the State, especially information about direction and orientations of Party Committee, People’s Committee, and People’s Council towards socio-economic development of Binh Duong Province related to implementation and grasping up Resolutions of the central committee of CPV (the 4th and 5th plenum resolutions).Mr. Nguyen Van Tam, an officer of An Thai Commune in Phu Giao District informed that he would buy 3 issues of Nhan Dan, Communist Magazine, and Binh Duong Newspaper. He follows up Binh Duong Newspaper daily to grasp up the information about Party building and others.“Frequent reading of Nhan Dan and Binh Duong Newspaper should offer us general information about guidelines and policies of socio-economic development, resolutions, documents involving Party building,” he asserted.As informed by Phu Giao Post Office, over 170 Party cells in this locality are subscribed to nearly 300 Binh Duong newspapers, 200 Nhan Dan newspapers and Communist magazines.Mr. Truong Van Thong, Head of Phu Giao District Communication and Education informed that movement of reading newspapers of the Party has been promoted in Phu Giao District with more subscription to local post offices. By the end of 2011, his authority has dispatched a document requiring local Party cells to continue with the subscription.
