Over 15,600 Youth Union members participate in Covid-19 fight

Provincial Youth Union’s Standing Committee has actively mobilized Youth Union members to participate in Covid-19 prevention and control.

After more than 3 months of implementation, the whole province has more than 15,600 Youth Union members voluntarily participating in the local fight against the pandemic.  Among them, there are 2,563 at provincial level, more than 8,770 at district level, more than 4,280 volunteers at grassroots level. Specifically, provincial Youth Unions at all levels have maintained volunteer squads on taking samples for testing, inputting data, supporting isolation and treatment areas, field hospitals, checkpoints…

These volunteer squads have upheld the voluntary spirit of the local Youth Union members in Covid-19 prevention and control.
