Overloading sanction to VND8mln

From 1-1-2015, the driver of trucks, tractors and other vehicles, like: cargo cars transporting goods exceed 100% permitted weight will be fined from VND7-8 mln.

When a violation is detected, authorities will force owners of vehicles to unload all exceeded goods and oversize goods right at the detected place. Besides, the controller of detected vehicles will be revoked driver's license for 3 months. The content above is defined in Decree 107/2014/ND-CP.
