One of the lessons learned over 25 years of construction and development of Binh Duong is first of all the solidarity and unity within the Party and the strength of national unity. That is the strength from the solidarity, unity and coordination among the Party committees, authorities, Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations; is the strength of the great national unity consolidated through mass mobilization with in-depth development. The trust and support of people from all strata and the business community towards the leadership of the Party and government are the basic foundation for the province to concretize policies on socio-economic development.

In a story with Binh Duong Newspaper’s reporter about the period of early 1997, on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of Binh Duong's construction and development (January 1, 1997 - January 1, 2022), comrade Nguyen Minh Duc, former Secretary of provincial Party Committee said that when Song Be province was split to form up two provinces, Binh Duong and Binh Phuoc. The development direction for Binh Duong was set very favorably. At that time, the spirit of solidarity and internal unity was a very important factor. In the process of implementing tasks, the province was very drastic within the Standing Committee and the Executive Committee, especially emphasized the principle of democratic centralism in leadership, direction and administration. All tasks were unified among the Party, government, Fatherland Front and mass organizations...

During the 4th Covid-19 wave, Binh Duong had to face "unprecedented difficulties in history". Once again, the great strength of national unity continued being promoted when the whole political system together with the consensus and support of the business community and people from all strata drastically took solutions for Covid-19 prevention and control, bringing the province back to the "new normal" state, safely, flexibly adapting and effectively control the pandemic, turning threats and challenges into opportunities for development…

Therefore, achievements, especially the tradition of solidarity, the spirit of solidarity of the Party, government, army and people of Binh Duong will be an important premise and a great motivation for the province to overcome challenges, further make breakthroughs and achieve greater achievements in the coming time with specific goals identified by the 11th provincial Party Congress: “… Strive to build up a smart, civilized and modern Binh Duong city; By 2030, Binh Duong will become a modern industrial hub and it will be a smart city of the region and the whole country by 2045.
