The provincial Women Union yesterday held a conference on launching a provincial project of “guiding 5 million mothers to educate their children better” for the 2011-2015 period to women unions in Phu Giao district’s An Binh and Phuoc Sang communes.

The project sets out a common goal of offering knowledge and skill of bringing up children for 300,000 mothers who have children under 16 in a bid to decrease rate of malnutrition, disease and fatality in children and minimize legal breaches and social evils caused by children…

The project is implemented from 2011 to 2015.
