Protrade 3-2 officially recognized as general JSC and multi-sectional group

October 26 at Song Be Golf Court was the first Shareholders’ meeting to found Protrade 3-2. Attending the ceremony was Tran Thanh Liem, the Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee cum Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee.

In implementation of the Government's Decree No. 126/2017 / ND-CP dated November 16, 2017 on the equitization of State-owned enterprises, Binh Duong Import-Export Trading Corporation has successfully implemented the valuation steps and sold out 300 million shares of face value of 10,000 VND / share. Through public auction at the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE), the average price is 17,000 dongs / share, earning 3,000 billion dongs of share capital. Of which 60.97% were held by the State, 0.09% were promoted by the State, 29% by strategic partners and 9.93% by other shareholders.
