Province-based universities, colleges now ready for student enrollment

Binh Duong has three schools to organize the 2011 university entrance exams, including TDM University, Binh Duong University for Economics and Technology and Binh Duong Medical College. As planned, they will take place in three stages: first stage on July 4 and 5, second stage on July 9 and 10 and third stage on July 15 and 16. The preparation works for this year’s university and junior college entrance exams have been fulfilled by the above schools.

 

Good preparations

 

TDM University this year has the quota of enrolling 1,200 university students in 12 study branches. The school has made good preparation for its university entrance exams this year.

 

The school has so far received 4,000 applications for its university entrance exams this year. Some 384 proctors will be mobilized for the exams.

  

Thanks to its consultancy work well implemented, TDM University has absorb a large number of candidates for the upcoming entrance exams

Similarly, Binh Duong University for Economics and Technology is now ready for university enrollment this year. According to statistics from the school, there are around 1,300 applications for taking this year’s university entrance exams.

 

Whilst, Binh Duong Medical College has decided to organize the 2011 college entrance exam in study branches of pharmacists, nurses and midwives. The school this year has the quota of enrolling 400 students. So far, the school has completed the preparatory work for its upcoming college entrance exam.

 

Provincial People’s Committee Vice-Chairman Huynh Van Nhi has also instructed relevant agencies and sectors to create favorable conditions for province-based universities and colleges to well organize the upcoming university, college entrance exams.

 

Giving strength in the exam season

 

TDM University and Binh Duong University for Economics and Technology have set up two voluntary youth squads for the “Giving Strength in Exam Season” program.

 

Vo Tra Nam, Secretary of TDM University’s Youth Union said that the school has some 50 volunteer students to join the “Giving Strength in Exam Season” program. These volunteer students will guide candidates to the school’s examination places, provide them with necessary information and help them in finding lodgings and eateries with reasonable prices…

 

Similarly, Binh Duong University for Economics and Technology also has 50 volunteers for the “Giving Strength in Exam Season” program. Candidates of the school do not need to be worried about lodgings as the school now has a dormitory with 600 accommodations…
