Province wins 4 gold, bronze medals at national Vovinam strong clubs champs

According to Binh Duong provincial Vovinam team’s training board, Binh Duong is competing very successfully at the ongoing seventh National Vovinam Strong Clubs Championship in the Mekong Delta province of An Giang.
Particularly, Do Thi Thuy of Binh Duong defeated her rival Nhu Y of Binh Thuan to grasp a gold medal in the women’s 57kg-weight category on April 20. In the previous season, she also won the championship in the women’s 66kg-weight category.
The tournament will continue taking place with combat events. Thus, after three days of fierce competition, Binh Duong pocketed a gold medal and three bronze medals at the tournament.
