Sai Gon Commercial Bank (SCB) Binh Duong branch and the provincial Youth Union jointly granted 90 scholarships to talented disadvantaged scholarships to excellent-but-poor students across the province.

SCB Binh Duong director Nguyen Thanh Hong, said over the past years SCB has joined in social activities for education and young generation. SCB hopes to encourage and honor energetic examples of excellent-but-poor students.
