Send-off ceremony for local sports delegation to 9th national Phu Dong sports festival

On July 14, provincial Department of Education and Training in collaboration with provincial Department of Culture-Sports and Tourism grandly held a send-off ceremony for the local sports delegation to the 9^th National Phu Dong Sports Festival in two provinces Thanh Hoa and Nghe An.

At the sports festival, Binh Duong includes 198 athletes and 33 coaches from 10 school sports teams with events: football, table tennis, Vovinam, Pencak Silat, athletics, Karatedo, Taekwondo and chess. The target of the local sports delegation is to pocket 4 gold, 3 silver and 9 bronze medals with more than 250 scores, ranking from 9^th to 14^th among 63 provinces and cities participating in the festival.

The festival is an important sports event, promoting the fine relations of pupils in 63 provinces and cities nationwide. It is also a chance for them to express their talent, raising their sports achievements.
