Tan Uyen town to disseminate Vietnamese Immigration Law of foreigners

 Tan Uyen town held a conference to disseminate and propagate Law on Entry, Exit, Transit and Residence of Foreigners in Vietnam, and guide the temporary residence declaration of foreigners over Internet for more than 200 learners, who are leaders of People's Committees, police stations of communes and wards; representatives of director board and personnel of enterprises and owners of hotels, motels in the town.

The Law on Foreigners' Entry, Exit, Transit and Residence replaces the 2000 Ordinance on "Entry, exit and residence of foreigners in Vietnam". The Law consists of 9 chapters, 55 articles, adjusting the basic contents of immigration of foreigners; State management issues, responsibilities of central and local agencies.

The dissemination of Immigration Law will contribute to strengthening the management of immigration and residence of foreigners in Vietnam in the new situation...
