In 44th position was Bún riêu, with the delicacy being a tomato and crab noodle soup.

The soups are prepared using different broths, but are always infused with crab paste and come served with vermicelli noodles, while the toppings typically include crab meat, pork, tofu, tomatoes, blood jelly, and a selection of fresh greens such as perilla or bean sprouts, the website wrote.

The combination of sweet and sour flavours make Bún riêu one of the most popular noodle dishes in the country, it added.

Miến xào cua, crab meat and glass noodle stir-fry, was placed at 76th.

The dish is a traditional Vietnamese dish consisting of stir-fried glass noodles and crab meat. Other ingredients which are commonly used in the dish include wood-ear mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, carrots, and bean sprouts, according to food website TasteAtlas.
