Thuan An promotes southern folk music

Thuan An town’s Center for Culture, Information and Sports has just organized the 2019 “Don ca tai tu” (southern folk music) exchange program.

The program absorbed three troupes of Dau Tieng district, Thuan An town and Song Pho in Dong Nai province. They brought the program many special items, namely “Que huong nhu co Bac” (Homeland with Uncle Ho) of Dau Tieng troupe, “Hon thieng song nui” (River and mountain spirit) of Song Pho troupe and “Binh Duong 300 nam” (300-year Binh Duong) of Thuan An troupe.

This was also a chance for participating troupes to exchange and improve their performance skills while contributing to promoting this form of art.
