To enhance disease prevention and control for people with disabilities

 For the implementation of Official Letter No. 466/ KCB-PHCN&GD of Medical Examination and Treatment Administration under Ministry of Health, provincial Department of Health suggested that units step up and strengthen the prevention control of COVID-19 for people with disabilities. Provincial Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs shall direct social protection establishments, caring establishments for the elderly, people with meritorious services to the revolution, victims of toxic chemicals/dioxins and other affiliated facilities to strengthen COVID-19 prevention control work.

Medical examination and treatment establishments in the province, especially functional rehabilitation establishments, forensic examination establishments, mental health examination and treatment establishments etc. strictly follow directions of COVID-19 National Steering Committee, Ministry of Health and Department of Health on COVID-19 prevention work at medical examination and treatment facilities, ensuring safety for patients and people with disabilities.
