So as to improve awareness of school students of traffic safety and order maintenance in the new school year, Department of Education and Training just demanded schools to enhance traffic safety eduction among school students across the province.For each level, the schools have applied various education and activities forms.For kindergartens and preschools, traffic safety contests shall be held for parents and their children to disseminate information about traffic safety in the community in combination with teacher training courses.From the beginning of the year, elementary schools have established 2 teams of voluntary students to join up activities related to traffic safety in which parents of Grades 1, 2, and 3 students must commit to take their children to school and not allowing them to go by bicycles on their own.Movement of “safe and beautiful school gates” shall be implemented to prevent traffic jam in rush hours.
