To maintain thorough services for the public and domestic enterprises during Tet Holiday – Year of the Goat, Binh Duong Provincial agencies of electricity, water supply, and telecommunication have planned for their best services.
No power cut during Tet
Binh Duong Power Company has demanded its grassroots to follow no power cut scheme from 0:00 of February 17 through 24:00 of February 21, excluding the circumstances of power cut for incident recovery or special situation as per direction of Binh Duong Provincial Power Company.

Previously, Binh Duong Provincial Power Company has carried out general cleaning up and re-organization of working sites along with maintenance of fire equipment for the case of accidents. The Company has reviewed exercises to timely response to accidents while assigning security forces, fire fighting men and 24/7 security forces with direct report to leaders of Southern Power Company as required.
For local electricity supply branches, the Company demanded for coordination with information dissemination agencies to broadcast safe and cost-saving electricity use. Besides, the branches of the Company are required to enhance laws on operation, security protection, labor safety, and fire prevention during Tet Holiday. On duty staffs are not permitted to abandon their post or drink during work.
Thorough telecommunication and water supply
Representative of Binh Duong VNPT informed of wishing SMS given to subscribers in a bid to improve services and operations through years. Besides, Binh Duong VNPT decided to set up more TBS stations near major localities of the province to ensure thorough information and connection. Besides, Binh Duong VNPT is also concentrating on safe operations to be conformed with guards to be ready for services.
As for water supply, Mr. Pham Van Chien, Director of Complex Zone Water Supply Station informed of Scada technology application to connect supplying stations to boost capacity. Therefore, the scale of water supply has been increased for the year to service enterprises and families. Although the supplying capacity is ensured, the stations have prepared for 100% monitoring staffs to be ready for emergencies.
