To strengthen state management of investment activities in form of foreign investors' capital contribution

According to Document No. 1315/SKHDT-DKKD dated July 10, 1919 of Department of Planning and Investment on strengthening state management of investment activities in form of foreign investors’ capital contribution, share purchase, the department sent to agencies, units a list of enterprises invested by foreign investors in form of capital contribution, share purchase in order to monitor and strengthening the state management of enterprises having the mentioned above investment.

Quarterly, Department of Planning and Investment will send a list of enterprises invested by foreign investors in form of capital contribution, share purchase in order to for agencies and units to promptly handle law violations.
