Namely, the company leadership invested in modern machinery to improve production capacity, ensuring that after investing, the company would not only increase production, quality, and diversify products but also increase product competitiveness, contribute to maintaining and expanding its consuming market.

With the goal of building mechanical engineering industry into a manufacturing industry with modern technologies, high competitiveness to proactively penetrate into the international market, associate production activities with environmental protection, the implementation of project "Supporting SPC 2060 CNC plasma machine in manufacturing industrial boilers" at the company is very necessary; thereby contributing to the sustainable development of provincial mechanical engineering industry, as well as national branding for the mechanical engineering industry. After investing in machinery, the company would meet the orders with large consumption potential in the domestic market and export to Asian and European countries.

At Kim Chung Mechanic Manufacturing - Trading - Service Company (Tan Uyen Town), industrial promotion fund supported the purchase of an emission spectrometer to analyze metal components, Model PDA-MF, manufactured by Shimadzu (Japan),in order to manage and stabilize the quality of molded products evenly before and during production. This machine also meets the requirements of orders and production expansion of the company in the current period.

This emission spectrometer to analyze metal compositions purchased by the company is 100% new. This helps the company actively analyze metal compositions of products due to quality control of input products, then would increase productivity, efficiency, competitiveness, and achieve profitability goals for the company. This machine also helps saving time, reducing the cost of outsourced analysis, creating regular and stable jobs for workers, contributing to increasing income, improve worker’s lives.

According to Trinh Thi Hong Chau, Director of the company, in order to improve production, businesses need to specialize in production, therefore the demand for auxiliary products is increasing. To meet this demand of the market, the company boldly invested in advanced technologies, modern machinery for metal casting phase of the company.

In addition, the investment in new machinery will complete production stages, improve product value, including the inspection of metal components before casting. When this enterprise was in need of capital for machinery invest, the support of the industrial promotion fund was important and helped the company expand production to meet market requirements.

In addition, this capital source continues to maintain and develop industrial production in association with the potential and advantages of available material sources of the province, thereby facilitating economic and labor restructuring towards industrialization and raising the value of industrial production.

The province also prioritizes programs and projects to support the development of agro-forestry-fishery processing industry, textiles, footwear, mechanics, and chemicals for agriculture and rural areas, auxiliary industries, and cleaner production. The implementation of these schemes is based on Point a, Clause 2, Article 8, Chapter II of Provincial People's Committee's Decision No. 36/2015/QD-UBND of 7 Sep 2015 promulgating management and use mechanism of industrial promotion fund in the province.

With many long-term support policies to develop small scaled industries and handicrafts, rural industries, in 2019, provincial authorities have actively implemented industrial promotion capital sources into long-term development strategies in order to create favorable conditions for enterprises to expand production in integration period.
