Binh Duong does administrative reform to better serve people and businesses

On May 22, Nguyen Loc Ha, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Administrative Reform Steering Committee, reeived and chaired a meeting with a Hoa Binh province’s delegation led by Nguyen Van Chuong, Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Committee, Deputy Head of Provincial Administrative Reform Steering Committee, coming to learn and exchange experiences on administrative reform work.

At the meeting, Chuong said that Hoa Binh province is currently ranked 35th in the country in terms of administrative reform. Administrative reform still faces many difficulties and challenges. Therefore, learning from Binh Duong province’s experiences, good practices as well as solutions to improve the Administrative Reform Index helps Hoa Binh province improve its Administrative Reform Index, better serving people and businesses, thereby helping the province attracts investment, deploys digital transformation solutions, builds e-government...

Speaking at the meeting, Ha said that the administrative reform work was directed fiercely by Binh Duong province. Administrative procedures are regularly inspected and reviewed in conjunction with the implementation of digital transformation and full and partial online public services. 100% of administrative procedures after the announcement by the Chairman of Provincial People's Committee have been updated on the national database on administrative procedures and publicly posted at places where administrative procedures are received and resolved; and the internal process in resolving them has been announced and publicized. Besides, Binh Duong spends a lot of investment resources on administrative reform work.

The province also regularly directs departments, branches, and localities to well perform tasks to improve assessment results of provincial Index 766. The ultimate goal in administrative reform is to serve the people and businesses well.
