Many companies facing difficulties but still participated in with good preparation. The contest also aimed at detecting and selecting good voices and excellent performances to further foster and improve the artistic level as the core force in the trade union's artistic movement.

Dang Quang Duan, Chairman of Apparel Far Eastern Vietnam Co., Ltd., said that the company had selected salient faces of cultural art movements to stage and rehearse performances for more than a month. Thanks to the rehearsal process together, workers understood each other more, tightened solidarity, promoted emulation movements.

Dang Thi Kim Chi, Chairwoman of VSIP Trade Union, said that through the performances expressed workers’ joy, excitement and confidence with the guidelines, policies and laws of the Party and the State. This shows that trade unions at grassroots level are very interested in the material and spiritual life of workers, contributing to promoting the cultural and artistic movement among VSIP's workers in particular and of Binh Duong province in general. "Hopefully, the Covid-19 pandemic would soon be controlled, the world economy would recover, businesses would continue to be expanded, then the life of workers would be more and more cared for and improved," Ms. Dang said.
