September is the month of Traffic Safety with a lot of useful activities encouraging people to heighten Traffic Law compliance. Artworks have contributed to finishing this goal… Winners beside their artworks  That is the contest of artwork exhibition about “Traffic culture – Urban civilization” organized by provincial Culture, Sport and Tourism Department in collaboration with Traffic Safety Committee. After the ending in September’s beginning, selected artworks are being displayed at provincial Cultural Center until the end of September 2013.Provincial Cultural Center Director cum organizer Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Nghia evaluated: “After 3 months of disseminating, there were 30 contestants from Tien Giang, Long An, Soc Trang, Dong Nai, HCM City and Binh Duong. 300 artworks were selected to win at this contest. The exhibition is to spread traffic culture, law among people to improve consciousness of road traffic law adherence”.Viewers coming to this exhibition said, they were impressed by beautiful artworks about traffic safety. That was bearing each other, real life’s beauty while moving. These helped people to review their culture of road traffic. Tran Thanh Tuan living at Hoa Phu ward, TDM City said: “Previously, displayed artworks were photos about real traffic accidents. They had the effect to remind people to be more careful so that unfortunate accidents or unbeautiful images will not happen…”Photographers made great contributions to this contest and exhibition. Artist group from Dong Nai said that they were so excited while taking photos at Binh Duong’s industrial parks. There were many beauties from real life as well as traffic culture, which should be propagandized. That was the reason for joining the contest.Artist Tran Tinh, member of Vietnam Photographic Artist Association and Binh Duong Art Literature Association, shared: “I had to wait for the class of traffic safety taught by a policewoman at school to happen so that I can take a picture.
