In three days from May 29 to 31, in Binh Duong Province, National Committee of Federation of Literature and Art Associations organizes training courses to guide managing staffs of 32 southern provinces and cities in Southern region of management and utilization of budget-backed fees for creating and constructing art pieces. The supporting fees is arranged by and between Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Ministry of Finance.Delegates listened to the general guidelines of the circular, its governing scope and subjects to be supported with operating fees.
