Exchanging experience on trade union activities

On July 4, provincial Labor Union’s Standing Committee welcomed a delegation from provincial Labor Union to visit and exchange experience on trade union activities and workers' movement.

During the meeting, the two sides shared experience regarding the development of membership, the establishment of trade union locals, particularly challenges in the establishment and organization of trade union activities. Delegates from the two provinces’trade unions also discussed specific information about each province, factors related to workers' situation and trade union activities over the past time while proposing solutions in the coming time.

The session facilitated the exchange and learning of experience, thereby strengthening coherence between the two provinces within the Southeastern region's emulation compound. This occasion also provided an opportunity for trade union officials from both provinces to share experience in organizing and implementing trade union activities and workers' movements in the new context.
