In order to attract more and more rural laborers to join in vocational training classes in the province and meet businesses' requirements, by dissemination forms, sector of labor, war invalids and social affairs from the provincial to grassroot levels have over the past time cooperated with relevant agencies, mass bodies to constantly hold vocational training classes for rural laborers by combining with periodical meetings as well as composing 70 handbooks on vocational training for rural laborers and 440 books on policies, labor market and employment.In addition, the sector has assisted rural laborers to participate in vocational training classes on rubber tree cultivation, rubber latex exploitation, cooking for parties, computer repair, fixing and many more.Nguyen Phung Trung, vice director of the provincial department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs said that with the mentioned trades, the sector until the end of 2013 lifted the number of learners up to 1,415, reaching 100%. As for teaching staff development, Trung said that there are 29 teachers joining in teaching for rural laborers, 24 of whom have met standards, accounting for 82.7%, contributing to improve efficiency on vocational training for rural laborers. Additionally, the sector continue to develop vocational training in combination with businesses' demand on employment and simultaneously launching planning on vocational training network for the period of 2009-2020 with the goal of training 40,953 learners in 2014 and improving teachers' capacity and many more.Nguyen Phung Trung set out measures of implementing incentive policies for businesses involving in vocational training and job placement for local laborers, spurring dissemination work and consultancy on vocational learning for laborers, especially rural laborers.
