The National Housing Organization Company (NHO) yesterday held the groundbreaking ceremony of the First Home Premium Binh Duong project along to Binh Duong Avenue belonging to Hung Dinh ward, Thuan An town, industrial and service parks and Binh Duong New City. The 9,740sqm project includes 952 apartments with the area ranging from 49sqm to 73sqm, suiting to middle incomers. The VND582bil project will be expectedly completed by the fourth quarter of 2016.

Addressing the groundbreaking ceremony, Nguyen Van Cuong, vice chief of the Government Office in the Southern region said that NHO has many experiences and potentials in real estate and housing fields. At present, the Government’s VND3tril credit package for social housing projects for low incomers has been expanded at many banks with proper interest rates, facilitating young families’ housing ownership.
