The 2013 provincial Artistic Photograph Competition on Traffic Safety kicked off at provincial Culture and Movie Center on the morning of August 26.

The event aims to make law dissemination in the domain of traffic order and safety among people from all strata in response to the Traffic Safety Year with the them of “Improving enforcers’ responsibility and traffic participants’ awareness” co-held by provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and provincial Traffic Safety Committee.

After the three-month launching, the competition has absorbed 30 photographers from provinces and cities, including Tien Giang, Long An, Soc Trang, Dong Nai, HCM city and Binh Duong. Nearly 300 outstanding photos were also sorted out for publicly ranking on August 26.

The awards ceremony of the competition is expected to be organized at provincial Culture and Movie Center on the evening of August 29.  Photos winning awards at the competition will be also exhibited at provincial Culture and Movie Center from September 4 to 30.
