Provincial Agencies Bloc’s Youth Union has just organized the 2013 training course for Youth Union cadres and competition for good Youth Union cadres at Phan Thiet city-based Center for Teenagers and Children in the central province of Binh Thuan.

The training course absorbed 84 learners who are Youth Union cadres and members. The training course aimed to provide learners with basic knowledge about skills to the youth task, create favorable conditions for them to exchange and share mutual experience in Youth Union activities and sort out outstanding learners to attend the 2013 provincial-level competition for good Youth Union secretaries.
