*50 pupils receive “Viettel-offering help to pupils” scholarships

 

Today, Sept.17, provincial Support Fund for Children’s Support Commission grandly held the mid-autumn festival 2010 and the ceremony to present 349 scholarships worth between VND1mln and VND2mln each to poor-but-excellent pupils and students.

 

On this occasion, provincial Support Fund for Children’s Support Commission also donated 4 computers to excellent pupils for five consecutive years and 27 bicycles to excellent pupils for three consecutive years.

 

Addressing the scholarship-giving ceremony, provincial vice-chairman Huynh Van Nhi reminded these pupils and children to make more efforts in study to reciprocate the affection and attention of the local leaders, teachers, parents and especially donors.

 

*The same day, a ceremony to award the “Viettel-offering help to pupils” scholarships worth VND1mln each for 50 poor-but-excellent pupils was organized at provincial Youth Union, helping these pupils partially cover their learning costs for the new academic year.
