Di An district Public Security unexpectedly granted merit certificates to individuals involving in a raid arresting 2 robbers named Nguyen Bao Khanh and Nguyen Trung Hieu.

On Aug. 28, Tan Dong Hiep communal Public Security in cooperation with Dong An hamlet militiamen arrested the 2 robbers operating in the commune.

On the occasion, the provincial Public Security director offered merit certificates to 4 excellent individuals arresting a gang of dangerous robbers in the commune. On Aug. 30 evening, the communal policemen arrested 3 robbers named Nguyen Huu Thanh in Nghe An, Le Van Thoi in Binh Thuan and Duong Danh Bao in Ha Tinh that just robbed assets of a couple at Di An district Administration Center. Earlier, they robbed assets of 4 young couples at dark places.
