The units develop propaganda plans to mobilize tenants and strive to achieve the target of model hostels and dream rooms to support disadvantaged workers. Specifically, each unit ensures the establishment of a youth model hostel or mobilizes to donate a dream room and mobilizes the establishment of Youth Unions, Associations, clubs, teams and groups of young workers in non-state enterprises.

In addition, the grassroots Union focused on organizing activities to honor and honor typical workers and young workers, organizing the program of "Young Workers' Day" in industrial parks where a large number of young workers and workers gather. In the current situation, it is very necessary to organize counseling and support to introduce jobs for young workers. Therefore, counseling and job introduction activities for employees will be integrated in the programs of worker's day organized by the Union. Particularly, the Business Union, the Youth Union of the provincial Police, the Youth Union of theprovincial Military Command, the Center for Support of Young Workers and Young Laborers of the province were also requested by the provincial Youth Union to provide practical support to the young workers and children of young workers. Each of these units will offer to at least 50 children of young workers or young workers with difficult circumstances through support funds, gifts, scholarships, charity houses, and dream rooms.

According to the Standing Committee of the provincial Youth Union, activities during Youth Workers' Week were organized practically with many programs to meet the needs of improving the quality of life of workers in the hostels. Youth Union units have strengthened the construction of amusement parks, organized the programs of "Weekend playground" and "Happy Sunday" for the children of young workers and young workers.
