"Bach Dang pomelo fragrance" festival to be held in late January, 2024

According to Tan Uyen city’s People's Committee, the third "Bach Dang Pomelo Fragrance" festival is expected to be held for 4 days, from January 25 to 28, 2024 (December 15 and 18, 2023 of lunar calendar) at the Bach Dang communal Center for Culture - Sports - Community Learning.

Along with familiar activities, this festival also features such other activities as introducing and consuming pomelo products for Tet; kicking off a workshop on technical instructions for planting and tending pomelo products under VietGAP standards; organizing a workshop on advanced organic agricultural technology; guiding how to install and use the electronic traceability system for key products in the city.

The culinary festival will be also expanded with typical cakes and cuisine of the Southeastern region, introducing typical dishes of the city and specialties of the Vietnamese countryside. In addition, the boat racing festival on the river combined with Flyboard performance will take place…
