Ben Cat’s industrial-urban development get thriving

Early July 20, Tran Van Nam, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Head of provincial National Assembly delegation; Tran Thanh Liem, Vice-Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Chairman of provincial People’s Committee together with leaders of relevant agencies worked with Ben Cat town’s Party Standing Committee about the results of the implementation of the Resolution of the 10^th provincial Party Committee congress and the Resolution of the 11^th town’s Party congress for the 2015-2020 tenure.

Bui Duy Hien, Secretary of the town’s Party Committee said that the town’s Party Committee issued many action programs on the realization of the Resolution of the 11^th town’s Party congress for the 2015-2020 tenure and the Resolution of Part congresses at all levels. As of the mid-tenure, the town’s targets were basically implemented on schedule. The town’s total industrial production value was more than VND204.1trillion, up 16.3%. The town also focused on infrastructure construction; well realized targets on socio-cultural development; seriously carried out the set plans on political system building with focus on upholding the strength of the whole political system, boosting solidarity within the Party…

At the working session, Mr.Liem suggested the town’s Party Committee to concentrate on solutions to increase the rate of people in use of clean water, intensify dialogues with people, deal with complaints by people in the right sequence; bend on handling illegal residential areas; disburse basic construction capital…

Concluding the working session, Mr.Nam acknowledged the town’s achievements in socio-economic development, political system construction in the last mid-tenure. He said: “After two times of working with the town’s Party Standing Committee, I felt the town’s thriving, especially in industrial and urban development. The town excelled at paying debt of gratitude and the town’s task of collecting martyrs’ tombs was a bright spot in the region”. He also emphasized that the town’s Party Standing Committee needs to put focus on solutions to promote socio-economic development, build new rural areas and cultural institutions, improving the spiritual and material lives of people.

Along with solutions set out by the town’s Party Committee, Mr.Nam said that the town needs to concentrate on land management; pay attention to personnel work; focus on disseminating central resolutions and implementing provincial Party Committee’s plan on the realization of the Resolution No.18-NQ/TW on “Some issues of innovation and arrangement of the political system towards streamline and effectiveness”…
