Ben Cat’s total retail value reaches over VND23 trillion

In the first 6 months of 2021, Ben Cat town’s total retail sales revenue of goods and services obtained over VND 23 trillion, up 30.50% over the same period, or 44.75% of the resolution set out by the town’s People’s Council.

It is known that essential goods in the town ensured people’s needs for consumption with diversification in types, food quality, safety and hygiene guaranteed. In addition, the town also paid attention to market management, promptly handling violations. Through inspection, the town’s functional forces detected and handled 21 violations, with total fine of VND 112.7 million, confiscated goods worth about VND28.7 million.

So far, the town’s passenger transport network has been covered fully with 250 vehicles, well meeting people’s needs for travelling. In the first 6 months of the year, the network also transported 18,122 tons of goods and 81,756 passengers…
