Continuously taking lead

According to statistics, Binh Duong took the lead in FDI attraction with US$1.36bln or 51.7% of the country’s total FDI capital in the first three months of the year, followed by Hai Phong with US$605mln or 23% of total and Khanh Hoa with US$180mln.

 Granting investment certificates to foreign investors In the first four months of the year, Binh Duong continued topping the list of localities which attracted the highest FDI capital –US$1.58bln, or 37.2% of total. It was followed by Hai Phong with US$664.3mln or 15.6% of total and HCM city with US$459.8mln.

Statistics in the first five months of the year showed that Binh Duong also took the lead in FDI attraction with US$1.6bln or 30.1% of total. Hai Phong was placed second with US$928.8mln or 17.4% while Dong Nai was placed third with US$698mln or 13.1% of total.

Noticeably, Binh Duong continued took the lead in this field with US$1.78bln or 28% of total. It was followed by Dong Nai with US$942.4mln or 14.8%, Hai Phong with US$934.8mln or 14.6%...

At the recent ceremony to grant investment license to a Japanese investor, Tran Van Lieu, head of Binh Duong’s Industrial Parks Management Board said that to date, the province has absorbed more than US$2bln in FDI capital.

Hyod Yoshifusa, General Director of Japan’s WEIWA INC, which has just been granted investment license to the My Phuoc 3 Industrial Park said that after surveying investment climate in HCM city and many other places, his company decided to select My Phuoc in Binh Duong for making investment as this land has a good living environment plus great development potentialities…

Meanwhile, Mr.Lieu said that Binh Duong will create the best conditions for investors in the process of realizing their investment projects as well as production and business activities. Apartedly, Binh Duong will pay more attention to investors and help them remove difficulties for better development. This is also one of the important reasons that Binh Duong continues being a bright spot in investment attraction.
