Youth Union members in TDM city make environmental hygiene

Provincial Youth Unions at all levels also focused on carrying out the “Youth creation” movement, supporting youths in setting themselves up in business and taking care of young workers. During the last Youth Month, they actively got involved in such significant activities as cleaning up 31 km of roods; upgrading 4.5 km of rural roads; carrying out “lighting rural road” works with a total length of 8.6km; planting 5,000 various green trees with a total expense of nearly VND1.5billion.

Especially, provincial Youth Unions at all levels offered more than 6,505 gifts worth more than VND1.3billion, comprising of necessities, to needy workers and lottery ticket vendors and mobilized more than 790 proprietors to make rent fee exemption and reduction for laborers…

Contributions

In any position, each youth makes contributions to the development of the society. Nguyen Thi Thanh, a teacher of Dinh Hiep primary school in Dau Tieng district has always fulfilled her entrusted tasks and constantly showed creativeness in teaching, thereby making contributions to the local development.

Vu Thi Yen, Vice-Secretary of Vietnam-Singapore Vocational College said that she will always try to organize many effective models, especially activities educating ideals for living among students. According to her, accelerating the movement of studying and following Uncle Ho’s exemplary morals is one of effective measures in training awareness, morality and lifestyle among students.

Or, Nguyen Thi Suot, Permanent Vice-Secretary of Khanh Binh ward’s Youth Union in Tan Uyen town said that as a Youth Union official, she has always made efforts in uniting Youth Union members to join hands in practical activities, contributing to promoting the local development…
