Binh Duong tops industrial park occupation rate in Southern provinces

Commercial Real Estate Services (CBRE) Vietnam has informed of over 30,000 hectares of industrial parks, 90% of which have been occupied, within Ho Chi Minh city, Binh Duong, Long An, and Dong Nai. Of the proportion, Binh Duong is the locality of highest occupation rate at over 95% of over 10,000 hectares. Following is Ho Chi Minh city for the ratio of 90% of about 4,100 hectares for industrial parks. Dong Nai gains nearly 95% of industrial park occupation on the area of nearly 10,000 hectares. In the meantime, 85% of 4,500 hectares of industrial park in Long An have been occupied.

In the H1 of 2022, real estates in Vietnam have been in good form as the needs for factory and storehouse lease have been gradually recovered. According to CBRE Vietnam, industrial real estates, in the refined future infrastructure, shall continue flourishing.
