Binh Duong tops southeastern Vovinam tournament

The 2019 southeastern Vovinam tournament hosted by provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has just concluded.
This year’s tournament absorbed 84 martial artists. They competed in combat and performance events for 48kg-72kg weight categories for men and 45kg-63kg weight categories for women.
As a result, the host team Binh Duong topped the tournament with 7 gold medals, 5 silver medals and 3 bronze medals. Second and third positions went to Ba Ria-Vung Tau province with 6 gold medals, 3 silver medals, 3 bronze medals and Dong Nai province with 4 gold medals, 4 silver medals, 1 bronze medal, respectively.
