Becamex IDC has just held a ceremony to grant house ownership right certificates to those who have bought houses at Hoa Loi social housing area.

At the ceremony, Becamex IDC has handed over nearly 200 ownership right certificates to home buyers at Hoa Loi social housing area in Thu Dau Mot city’s Hoa Phu ward.

This event has helped home buyers herein feel secure while expressing the investor’s commitment of creating the best conditions for home buyers to live and work in peace and contentment.

Becamex IDC will also continue granting house ownership right certificates to those who have bought houses at social housing areas in the province.

Ta Ngoc Vinh, from Ninh Binh, a worker at NTL Export Import Company in Tan Uyen town’s Tan Phuoc Khanh ward; Ho Thi Kim Ngan, a banking staff in TDM city and other home buyers have also expressed their happiness when receiving house ownership right certificates at Hoa Loi social housing area.

Living in peace and working in contentment

Becamex IDC’s social housing project was approved by provincial People’s Committee in 2011 and it was started construction in February 2012.

As planned, Becamex IDC will build 37 social housing areas in Thu Dau Mot city, Thuan An, Di An, Ben Cat and Tan Uyen towns…with a total of 64,700 apartments for around 168,000 people. Each apartment is about 30 square meters with the selling price of VND90mln and VND150mln.

With the efforts by Becamex IDC, the implementation of the project is on smoothness. So far, as many as 5,000 apartments have been built and handed over to those who have the demand for housing in Thu Dau Mot city, Thuan An and Ben Cat towns. It is expected that Becamex IDC will further build additional 10,000 apartments of 30-54 square meters each in the Viet Sing residential area in Thuan An town and Dinh Hoa social housing area in Thu Dau Mot city with many 12 and 15 storey-blocs equipped with elevators.

According to Bui Van Chien, Deputy General Director of Becamex IDC, with social houses sold at the lowest level in comparison with the whole country, Becamex IDC is creating a breakthrough in building social houses for the goal of social welfare, contributing to helping the locality stabilize human resources and absorbing more investment projects. Actually, this is a driving force for Binh Duong to reach sustainable development. One of advantages for home buyers is flexible payment. Accordingly, home buyers will be considered to get preferential loans from a VND30bln credit package of the Government. They are also granted house ownership right certificates in association with land, helping them live and work in peace and contentment.
