Under the National Target Program on New Rural Construction, Chanh Phu Hoa commune’s Youth Union in Ben Cat district has taken initiative in making a plan of “Chanh Phu Hoa’s youth joining hands to build up new rural areas”.

The commune’s Youth Union has so far undertaken to build 3 inter-hamlet roads with a total length of 4.5km. In the first half of 2013, the local youngsters voluntarily contributed their hundreds of working days to the movement of making rural traffic roads; took part in environmental protection activities…These significant activities were highly appreciated by the local authorities and people.

Since 2011, Chanh Phu Hoa commune’s Youth Union has opened 5 vocational training classes for the local youngsters; organized a competition with the contents based on 19 criteria of the new rural construction program; promoted the movement of “building cultural life in the rural region” among the local youngsters; voluntarily participated in keeping order & security and ensuring traffic safety…

Chanh Phu Hoa commune’s Youth Union will further concretize many actions to promote the local program on new rural construction, according to communal Youth Union secretary Huynh Minh Hoa.
