Phu Hoa ward Women Union on Oct. 2 held a training course on traffic safety for more than 100 key members. At the course, sisters signed a commitment of women obeying traffic safety. Through the commitment, they will seriously conduct and mobilize their relatives and community to obey traffic safety.
