Delegation of the Central Inspection Committee work with Binh Duong province

On 5 Nov, a delegation of the Central Inspection Committee led by Cao Van Thong, Member of the Committee, and had a meeting with Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee. Receiving and working with the delegation were Vo Van Minh, Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Provincial People's Committee. 

According to reports at the meeting, in the past term, party committees, organizations and inspection committees in the province thoroughly and strictly implemented Regulation No. 30 - QD/4 of the Central Committee on the implementation of Chapter VII, Chapter VIII of the Party's Charter on inspection, supervision and discipline of the Party (referred to as Regulation 30) and documents on the inspection and supervision of discipline enforcement in the Party. Since then, it has created a good change in perceptions and actions of party committees, organizations, heads of committees, party members, and people in the inspection, supervision and enforcement of Party discipline. The inspection results also contributed significantly to the performance of political tasks; improved the leadership capacity and combat power of Party organizations, maintain Party regulations and discipline; implemented successfully Party Resolutions at all levels of the 2015-2020 tenure. 

However, there were still limitations and disadvantages, which were: The inspection of party members and party organizations when there are signs of violation was not performed absolutely; the implementation of cooperative regulations between the Inspection Committee and relevant units in some places, sometimes was not timely, especially in the provision of information related to violations of party organizations, party members; the handling and settlement process of reports and complaints in some places was still slow...

At the meeting, after listening to report of Provincial Party Committee on the results of Regulation 30, delegates discussed advantages, limitations, causes, and proposed amendments and supplements to Regulation 30.
