Department of Education and Training:Duties for 2014-2015 school year implemented

Yesterday of August 19, Department of Education and Training summed up 2013-2014 school year to implement the 2014-2015 school year.

In the last school year, the whole sector has effectively implemented the emulation program regarding contents and teaching methodology. As a result, by the end of the school year, education quality has been thoroughly transformed to ensure high and stable graduation ratio of junior high and senior high students. In the new school year of 2014-2015, the topical movement of “comprehensive and effective reforms to ensure sustainable quality improvement” prompts the sector to basically reform the management of education and training; to improve quality and effectiveness of all-level education activities; to reform regulations and financial policies for education.

On the occasion, the Prime Minister presented 10 merit certificates to 10 individuals while Provincial People’s Committee presented flag of leading emulation unit in the school year of 2013-2014 to 12 units. One collectives and 26 units were honored by merit certificates of Provincial People’s Committee for excellent completion of the school year with approval of excellent working entity.
